You know how your mom always warned you about not showing out when you on your own because you were a reflection on her – it’s kind of the same way with J Si – only I guess no one remembered to warn J Si before DJ School – which is why he thought it was okay for him to go to an appreciation dinner for customers of a subscription dinner that he doesn’t subscribe too –  not only did he go to the dinner (at an extremely expensive restaurant), he ordered a steak and wine and then didn’t understand why no one else from the show wanted to come with him – did I mention J Si went to this same dinner last year?  yeah – no shame

TROUBLE WITH J SI’S SISTER

A few months ago, J Si’s 13 year old sister, Alexa (a 7^th grader), got a MySpace page – no big deal, right – except J Si found out that a 15 year old guy who is a 10^th grader had been messaging her – J Si was concerned about the relationship (rightly so) because of the things that the guy was saying and J Si interfered – the kid and J Si got into a super mature peeing match that ended with the kid apologizing to J Si for being a jerk – in the meantime, Alexa and this kid have started “dating” – now, they only see each other every couple of weeks because they live about 30-40 minutes away from each other – J Si reads her comments and just found out this week that apparently this boy is pressuring Alexa to have sex with him -saying stupid crap like “I’m a guy – I have needs”  and pretty much giving her the ultimatum that he wants her to have sex or it’s over – and of course, J Si is PISSED – now, J Si’s first instinct is to fly to San Diego and track this kid down and kick his butt – but he knows that’s not really feasible – especially since he’s 10 years older and the kid is, well … a kid – so J Si thought he would try talking to the boy – except Alexa is refusing to give J Si any of the boy’s personal information so J Si doesn’t have a way of contacting him – except for buying his sister on MySpace and leaving messages for the boy because he knows he can see them – yeah, I know – real mature – but in J Si’s defense – he’s desperate – the problem here is that everyone has advice for J Si and some people are saying he needs to step in and do something and some people are saying he needs to back off and some people are saying that if he keeps pushing her, Alexa is just going to want the boyfriend more – and then there are the people who are asking where J Si’s parents are and why aren’t they doing more – well, here’s my advice from someone who hasn’t had an actual teenager, but once was one and dated a lot of stupid boys before I found a really good one!  Talk to your sister but stop making it about this kid – cause he may be the first jerk she’s ever dated but he most likely won’t be her last – instead of threatening to punch this kid in the face and instead of badgering Alexa – talk to her about why she does or doesn’t want to have sex with this kid – talk to her about why it’s a mistake to have sex at such an early age and teach her about the physical AND emotional ramifications that can result in a sexual relationship – and for his parents – keep them in the loop but don’t be too hard on them – one, they’re from a different generation – and two, Alexa is their baby girl – and some people only want to believe the good – and some kids are just good at hiding stuff – I wasn’t a bad kid, but I got away with more than my fair share of trouble because I was a good kid and my parents trusted me – believe me, when you’re one of the good kids, it’s way easier to get away with stuff than when you’re the bad kid and your parents expect it – which is why, good or bad, I’m gonna be all up in Sydney’s business – and she’ll hate me for it – but I don’t really care – cause I’m not her BFF, I’m her mom!

Ok – I tried – I really did – but there is no possible way to convey how funny this bit really was – so funny that there was not ONE phone call saying the bit sucked – it was everything rolled into one- hilarious voices, funny accent, great one liners and a foreign language – oh, and I forgot the most important one – inappropriate racial stereotypes!!  One caller who wished to remain anonymous said it best, “Only Kidd Kraddick can make racism so interestingly funny – I can’t believe they pulled it off!!”  my sentiments exactly – trust me … kPod!!!

He performed, he was awesome – there really isn’t much else to say – except that I LOVE him – I mean big-gushy-wanna-eat-him-up love him!  He is so super sweet and very cute – I was a little bummed that he had all of his soft curly hair hidden away today – but he assured me that it’s still there – plus I got to take LOTS of pictures with him – he performed his new song “Ain’t Got You” and was so good and everyone in the office thought we were playing the track!  He’s going on tour with John Legend soon – you can believe that’s a show I won’t miss!

Before we could really get into the Billboard #1s, Kidd told us how Billy Ray Cyrus warned Jesse McCartney to stay away from Miley – apparently the two have been doing some serious flirting but since Jesse is 21 and Miley is only 15, Billy Ray is a little concerned – well duh.  He ought to be – especially since his daughter is FAST!!  Hello – taking all those pictures and posting them on the internet – I know I’m “old” but I would’ve been embarrassed to be sending a boy those kind of pictures at 15 – hell, I know grown women who would be embarrassed to send their HUSBAND those kinds of pictures now – and Kidd says he has personal knowledge that Miley has hit on 3 different Rock Stars – and apparently she likes the long haired, tatted up, Emo types – if you think you know who it is – shoot me an email – we’ll “discuss” – dianthe@kiddlive.com
